How does per-unit pricing work?

Each plan includes a platform fee plus a cost per active unit per month. For example, on the Basic plan with 25 units: $99 + (25 × $4) = $199/month total. This allows you to scale based on your portfolio size.

What counts as an “active unit”?

An active unit is any apartment, condo, or rental space assigned to Evoln.ai for tenant messaging or maintenance tracking. You’re only billed for units that are in use.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your unit count, team size, or feature needs. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed the message limit?

We’ll notify you if your tenant messages approach the monthly cap. You can either purchase an additional SMS block or upgrade to the next plan tier for expanded volume.

Is Evoln.ai available outside the U.S.?

Currently, Evoln.ai is optimized for U.S. properties using Twilio-compliant SMS messaging under A2P 10DLC regulations. International support is on our roadmap—reach out if you’re managing properties abroad.

Is Evoln.ai compliant with SMS regulations?

Yes. We follow A2P 10DLC registration guidelines, include STOP/HELP messaging on all flows, and support opt-in verification. Privacy and deliverability are built in.

Can I use Evoln with more than one building?

Yes. Evoln.ai is designed for multi-property operators. You can manage multiple buildings under one account, and even assign separate vendors or PMs by property.

Do I need a separate Twilio number per building?

Not unless you want one. Most operators start with one SMS number for all properties. If needed, we can set up unique numbers for different buildings at an additional cost.

How does onboarding work?

We guide you through setup with templates, connection support (Airtable, Zapier, etc.), and live help. Enterprise plans include staff onboarding and white-labeled materials.

Can I white-label Evoln.ai for my property management company?

Yes. Our Enterprise plan supports white-labeled SMS flows, onboarding materials, and branded dashboards so your tenants see only your company name—not ours.

Does Evoln.ai replace my property management software?

No. Evoln.ai is designed to complement your existing stack. We handle communication, maintenance tracking, and operational flow—while your PM software handles leases, accounting, or listings.
